Every year as part of the Russia National Brand Award, hundreds of thousands of consumers vote for what they consider to be the best brands in the country. Based on this year’s voting results, Libero was named Russia’s top baby diaper brand 2009.
"The National Brand Awards is recognised as the most significant brand award in Russia because winning brands are selected purely on the basis of consumers’ opinions on a nationwide scale," says Tatiana Novoselova, SCA brand manager for Libero in Russia.
The Russia National Brand Awards survey only provides product categories, and does not list any specific brand names for consumers to choose from. This means that consumers respond entirely according to their own independent frame of reference.
As an award winner, Libero can place the official and widely-recognised award label on all its brand materials such as product packaging, TV commercials and print advertisements for the next two years (2010 – 2011).
