Danish Libero baby care products - SCAHygiene Products

SCA is represented in the incontinence care segment with its TENA brand, in the  AFH professional hygiene segment with its Tork brand, in the baby diaper segment with Libero and in the feminine care segment with Libresse.

SCA Hygiene Products has an office in Allerød.

Forest Products

SCA Forest Products isn't represented in Denmark, but the country is a market for SCA's industrial timber products, pulp, publication papers and forest-based biofuel.

Packaging

SCA Packaging Denmark's office is situated in Vejle and IT services in Langaa. SCA Packaging has also a Design Centre in Grenaa and seven manufacturing facilities in Albertslund (display), Holbæk, Såby, Hobro, Tørring (all four sheet), Taulov (corrugated board), and Randers (packing services).  

History

Mölnlycke introduces first disposable diaper on the Danish market. 1963 SCA aqcuires 50% of Colon Emballage.

1990 SCA divests Colon Emballage. 1998 SCA acquired the corrugated board activities of Danapak in Denmark, to be known from 1999 onwards as SCA Packaging Denmark (one box plant in Grenaa and two sheet plants). SCA Packaging sales activities in Denmark are merged into the new company.

1999 SCA acquires Danapak Papemballage and packaging company Danisco Pack. 2000 SCA divests Neopac A/S.
