During 2001 and 2002, the company issued employee options for which the term has now expired.
The term of the employees options issued in 2002 expired in 2009. The issue price for the shares stipulated in these options significantly exceeded the current share price during the year and up until the expiry date. Accordingly no options were exercised during the year.
